Hello,

I usually handle disciplinary actions pretty behind the scenes and not make a big deal out of them. This issue has come to a point that I figured it would be worth trying to talk out publicly.

The player known as Big Baller has had his share of run-ins with a few people in this game. I've talked to him once or twice about complaints I've gotten about him.

Some of his behavior I've been complained to about is clearly in violation of the rules of our community (although I admint that the rules of conduct are not well documented right now in a centralised place), and some things were not really against the rules, but things that people here typically frown on (i.e. attemping to poach members from other agencies).

I think it's pretty easy for people who are new to sleuth to make similar mistakes. We are, after all, a little less permissive (and consequently, quite a bit more civil) than public internet sites.

Anyway, I've talked to him recently and he said he's willing to be a little better community member. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

One problem is that he's made enough enemies that other people are jumping on his threads without giving him much chance. So, of course, h get's defensive and continues to come off in a negative light.

So, anyway, please give him a chance to start over. Hopefully if we extend that courtesy to him, he'll be able to live up to his end of the bargain.

I think that before the community can put this behind us, there needs to be some sort of apology. So far, all we have heard is lies and denials. Until he can admit that he has been out of order, there is no reason why we should forgive him. He has annoyed a LOT of people but if he had indeed turned over a new leaf, i have no problems at all with him staying here. I realise that others who he may have been a little more 'direct' with may feel differently, but either way, Big balla/jovan, we wait expectantly for your apology!

I usually don't have a problem giving people a second chance but Big Balla/Jovan ,no matter what he says on message boards or in PM's to anyone about how he wants to change, is nothing but a liar and I think he will say anything now, just because he sees how many negative responses he is getting toward him.
I,personally, have no use for people like him and even an apology wouldn't change my mind. He is a fake and I don't think he will ever change but he will make it seem he has changed with some people AND on the message board. I don't and won't buy it.
He should've been kicked out a long time ago but I respect Ben for giving him the benefit of the doubt. I just won't do it because I've seen him too many times in action in PM's....and it is totally different than how he is on the boards. He comes across as the "oh poor me" type, and that he is the innocent one. He is far from that.

He is crude ,rude and won't get any compassion or kindness from me...and even tho he did PM me and apologize , I won't accept it. Maybe that's not right but that's how it is on my end :) When I ask someone to quit talking the garbage that he was, numerous of times nicely and he doesn't respect that, then he doesn't deserve to be immediately forgiven.

He should still be warned about to new people coming in .....because I just don't think he will change, no matter what HE says.

I respect everyone who wants to give him a second chance but I just can't give him that from me. He doesn't deserve it. This is a wonderful community and everyone here is very nice, fun, and respectful even when there are differences, and people like HIM shouldn't be allowed to be apart of something so great. It's like someone who doesn't know how to act in society...that would be him. I have no respect for liars and disrespectful people.

I won't say anymore...I think I've said it all right here. *grin*

Its kind of hard to give him a third chance. I mean he had it the first time after his Javan got retired. then after he was kicked out from our agency as Bib Balla when he started pulling the same thing as Javan was He asked and told one of my agents this in pm.
Big Balla told one of my agents he was Jerking off and it felt good. Then he asked this agent if they liked 3 somes? Another one of my agents told me he kept asking them personal questions about things you only want your family and friends to know. I have saved messages from him in Pm's cussing people out big time.

How many chances should one person get. I for one think he has had enough. These people don't change their ways. They have 2 very different personalities. Plus as jstkdn said he told everyone to bleep off on the board. Just my 2 cents worth.

I can't help but feel everyone has been excessively lenient in this particular case. Numerous members, including moderators, went to great efforts to explain in a kind manner what is basic social etiquette and some even defended him in certain instances.

I think it is very dangerous to allow him to continue to be among a community in which there could be kids as young as thirteen that may be subjected to what he dished out. Even if there were not children that young, I do not see why any of the female, paying subscribers to this game should be made to feel uncomfortable or threatened by unwanted advances.

To be truthful, I don't understand at all why he's continuing as a member of this community.

I just wonder what "changing his ways" means. Does that mean, that instead being offensive in 1 or 2 PMs, it now takes him 6 or 7? It only means he hasn't changed, but instead just turned more manipulative. Instead of flashing us in the park, he now gives us candy first and takes us to his agency HQ....????

I think some very strong people come out to speak up in this and other threads. The people that cut him off after the first PM, as I did.

Frankly, I know I can be a total bitch, if I need to be. I am just worried about people that are a lot nicer and less vocal then me.

Hey I am new to this game, but was Pm by this guy. He seems a little off to me. He was seriously trying to get personal info from me and was not successful, but if a younger kid was to fall prey to this it might be a problem. They might not know not to give out info to people over the net. I don't know, but he is giving off a wierd vibe.

I realize this is not Survivor, however the majority should rule. I want him out!!!
Anyone talking about masterbating while talking to angent should not be allowed to play here. This guy is bad news and will continue to be. We come here for good clean fun and he is here to cause trouble. I do not want to be part of a X rated community.
Ben, please don't be part of "the good old boy community". He is a man who is offending us. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT LAST WEEK!!!!!

...And look what he is doing to us. I've never seen such language used so strongly, or appropriately, in the boards before....

I have seen first hand his manipulative, double sided manner, and would not trust him any further than I could throw him. I can not imagine that he doesn't have at least a dozen blocks against him....normally that is enough to get anyone banned.

However, as Ben has already promised him yet another chance to behave in a civil manner, I don't see that we have much of a choice here. I too will be warning anyone I see that may be close to being tangled in his web. I would hate to see new members frightened off and lost because of him.

Alright, it sounds like nobody has anything nice to say about him, so I will be cancelling his account and banning his IP address.

Once again, I'm sorry for everybody who had a negative experience due to this guy.
