It just occurred to me that the people with the highest standing in each faction get to be 'the leader'. Is there any advantage to this position!?

Thanks Greyling - I was in the middle of changing factions so was trying to get a +1 standing with someone else! I've done it now! :D Watch out Eastern Triads, here I come! :D

The advantage is that your faction roughs up an uncooperative witness for you. It's super effective~
