It just occurred to me that the people with the highest standing in each faction get to be 'the leader'. Is there any advantage to this position!?

*lol* - sorry, but the perk of being faction leader has always been kept very hush-hush, so yes, if you want to find out then back to the little daily jobs ;)

Hehehe - 4 points a day for doing the little jobs + swapping cases with your fellow detectives - should only take about a week :p

Although I don't care about politics (as stated in my bio) I would like to be a faction leader for once, just to know how it feels.
But since I won't quit case involving factions (also stated in my bio) and the fact that the points deteriorate -3 points each day, should make my journey a long walk...

Hey, I'm unsubscribed and I've never quit a faction case and I managed it several times.
I skipped a day though and I've been trying to catch up since. Darn -3 points.

Yes, I saw your name came up many times before. And you're currently the Philosopher Marshall for today.
Maybe I am just unlucky, but it seems many times the faction case always work AGAINST my favour.
Since doing such case will reduce your relation by -1, combined with -3 points per day you'll lose all the points (+4) from the job that day.
Also, before I could get to be the Philosopher Marshall, I went to vacation to the sea for not one, but THREE days (as described in "The easiest hard case ever" somewhere in Sleuth Talk.) That's -9 points for me.
It seems we'll have to comepete against each other...
