Is it just me, or have a lot of people mentioned that they have a cluttered desk? :)

Well you know what they say.

If a messy desk, means a cluttered mind. What does an empty desk say?

jstkdn, you crack me up....well, I'd say an uncluttered desk could mean a person who has pure thoughts or a clean mind, or it could also mean someone whose lost their mind completely...lol.

It is funny what this thread leads to. A new hire of mine, read that I had a Minnesota mousepad. Which was back from my year as a exchange student there. I did not know he lived in Minnesota.

Turns out, the time I was there, he lived only a few blocks away from me. And spend some time in the same local hang outs. :)

Well, either at my dining table in the bay window in my living room, surrounded by flowers now it's summer, trying to keep some personal space between the overflowing inbox and my one year old's inquiring fingers!

Or ensconced on the couch once he's gone to bed and can't try to press all the buttons and see if the laptop closes with the sreen facing outwards....
Here I am surrounded by about 100 playstation 1&2 games which I never play now I've discovered Sleuth.

Or, on a particlularly addictive day when we're about to win a hunt if I can just get this case done...
Sitting outside the open bathroom door whilst the baby bathes, the internet cable trailing upstairs, hooked over the sofa and the stairgate!

And if it's nice, sitting on the widowsill overseeing the sampling of various plants and bugs by that child again...

It's great having a laptop... *grins like a maniac*. My husband won't let me use it whilst I'm cooking though...........

During the week, I play at work. My boss let's me spend most of my 9 hour work days playing games on my DSL connection. He just tells people I'm testing software.
On the weekends I play in my computer room at home, with my loyal hound curled up at my feet.
