what happens if you solve a case before a cutscene?
is it predetermined what they are when you start a case or are they random?
so if it was going to be OS+ CN- and you solve before cutscene does it still affect the outcome, cheers

Nope, if you solve before the cutscene nothing happens. You just get a little message saying you solved the case successfully :)

Not every case is faction related. No matter how far you go you may never get the OS+CN- cut scene. Cheers!
