I'm not a subscriber so I don't know if Agency communication is any different from what I'm experiencing now (ie. sending a private message and refreshing a page before obtaining a response). Also, if I get multiple messages at once, I only get to read the last one that reaches my server. All the rest are replaced by the latest message, regardless of if I've read them.
Perhaps adding a real time conference room specific to members for each Agency will enhance the smooth flow of discussions and assignment arrangements?
