Does anyone know why the link to accuse someone is missing exactly on the one to be accused?

Yea Xaverius. This is because you haven't found the motive for the person you want to accuse. You can do this by asking other suspects about anyone they know who have motives to murder.

yes, sleuth admin has stressed this alot, YOU CAN'T ACCUSE SOMEONE WITHOUT A MOTIVE.

Its mostly a problem for the client, since the other suspects have motives given when you uncover them. Make sure at least one person you interview gives the client as someone with a motive.
