Is it possible to get Shoe Maker as a contact? I always get items from him whenever I finished solving cases for his favour.

Wesker, you cannot get the shoemaker as a contact as you already have a physical evidence contact. You can only get one per town. You can only get one more contact in NY and it has to be a non physical evidence contact (as Bartender, Fortune teller, Waitress, Priest, Music Teacher, Butcher)

Ah thank you jojo227 and Dark Raven. I realised I can only get 2 contacts per town, but didn't know out of those 2, I can only have 1 physical evidence contact. Haha. I was hoping to get Shoe Maker and Banker, but I guess you simply can't. :P

It used to be possible, but after a lot of talk about the possibility of changing contacts especially from those who got stuck with 2 of the non-physical ones, Ben changed it so everyone now gets one of each :)
