I was recently investigating an Incredibly Hard mystery and was almost certain who the murderer was. When i went to accuse him, however, it seems he has packed has bags and left town. Does this mean that he is not the murderer or am I just unable to complete the case?

But sometimes even innocent folks get the jitters if you are pushing too hard.
