could anyone tell me what level difficulty favours(or if not favour items where i can get) you get these items? (actually am more experienced agent but too embarrased to ask)
A White Lab Coat
B Tommy Gun
C Police Detective Badge
D Tommy Gun
E Mardwi Pagi

I don't think anyone has said anything against mentioning favour level prizes, but if I'm wrong, one of the moderators can always delete this post ;)

White lab coats show up on really hard favours and the same goes for tommy guns. However, the latter is also available from the Cosa Nostra, where you can also buy the detective badge. And marwadis can be obtained by completing almost impossible cases. Finally it's probably also possible to get all items except the marwadi from the fence behind Lucy's, but the assortment isn't exactly something you can predict.

And you can learn pugilism from the Green Hand :)
