I'm never sure whether to mention our special perks in public like this or not.
It might be better to let it be a surprise.
But, in the interest of inducing like minds to our agency, let me just say this. We have some very interesting greenery in the agency. They might seems like mere decorative plants, but don't let that fool you.
They find guilty clients especially tasty...

What can I say to tempt you?
It's clearly a buyer's market out there for new (or not-so-new) agents looking for agencies.
So I'll just say this.....you can always quit and try someone else if you don't like us!
*neglects to mention how "attached" the triffids get to their new friends in the agency...*

Unfortunately they have a bad habit of attempting irrational DIY.

i do have to say that i am interested in becoming a member of one of these agencys. i finally broke down and became a member. so if anyone is interested in having me i would love to join
