if i remember correctly, under the case screen bottom right corner should be a link that says subscribe, under there you will find instructions on how to subscribe

Oh and agent mulder, in this game, agents can join agencies, and when you do you can participate in the treasure hunts, and there are other benefits as well, i think there is a topic for it under help
