This question is a little early for me yet.

Is there anyway for someone to do research on Detective agencies? Or should I wait until I'm subscribed and then place an ad here?

The best way to find out about Agencies is to be like the detective and ask around alot. Pick a couple you interested in and start asking around. You do have to be subcribed though. If you find one you want to go for, PM them and find out if they have any requirements. Lots of new agencies are currently searching for agents and most of these would really help a new dective onto the right path.
However, you do need to subcribe. You know you want to anyway :)
