Yesterday when I went to talk to The Dies Arcanum Brotherhood, I found that there was a new command "help with uncooperated suspect". However, now I go to talk to The Dies Arcanum Brotherhood, this command was gone. Why is that?

Yesterday MIND you were head of that faction !! That's right you had the highest faction points for the Dies. Today however some one else has a higher faction score than you hence no uncopertive suspect command.

Also if you go to the town hall high scores and scroll down you will see a list of faction leaders. Yesterday your name was there. Keep in mind also that a day is measured by the time at the town hall you can see what time of sleuth day it is. Factions change at the end of each day.
