I've been watching and following "American Idol" on Fox network and it's down to nine contestants, one of which is "Carrie Underwood", who has perfect pitch, a crystal clear voice, & by far is the best singer of all. However, the following three contestants are great too, Bo Bice and Anware, and Constatine. By the way Carrie Underwood is from Oklahoma, which is where I was born and raised, so it would be special if she won. I hope it's OK to post this thread and have a discussion as to whom we all like. On by the way, it airs again, next Tuesday night at 7pm. Go Carrie Underwood.

Right Dr.Falco. I loved her singing this week and actually she done better than all of them. So, if she is consistant from here on out, she could win. Don't you just love a contest this tight? Makes it so exciting. I'm crazy about music, though nobody here would know it...hehe! I just hope Carrie will stick to what she does best......"Country".

Well, well, who would have thought it. Anthony done a great job in belting his song out tonight. He showed he has a set of lungs after all. Carrie showed she's still a star, as well as Bo Bice who rocked the place. Scott done better tonight, but he just can't win it. I'm sure I'll be glued to the tube waiting anxiously to see who makes their sad exit.

Is it bad of me to be mad at my mom who called me and made me miss ALL of Carrie's song?

I mean, I told her I would be busy between 8 and 10, and I only watch four hours of TV a week these days (which is actually a lot for me!)

I was a little disappointed in the performances, given that the assignment gave so much possibility for lively funk...but I still thought they all did nicely. Even Scott. The thing is, I just don't like him.

I'm so sorry Moonshh. Hey, I know how you feel. When Tuesdays come, all is set aside. Last week we had to make an eight hour trip to see our doctor. By the time we got out of the doctor's office, we calculated we'd miss at least 30 or so minutes, by doing the speed limit. Well, my spouse usually does all the driving, but he had a terrible headache, so he let me. I have a foot like lead, and needless to say we made it home with three minutes to spare. Thankfully, we didn't get stopped for speeding...lol. However, after doing without eating supper to get home in time, I was disappointed in all their performances and somewhat aggitated from hunger...lol. Well, tonight I wasn't shocked at the three in the bottom, but upset that Scott wasn't voted off, instead of the one who was. Like I told Texan, when they make it to the top 12, it seems all will make it in the music industry.

I agree about tonight's results, DaRu, but although I thought they shouldn't have voted off the person they did, I thought Scott's song choice this week was very appropriate and a real crowd-pleaser. So I wasn't shocked....although I actually thought if not Scott it would have been the /other/ person in the bottom three.

And if there's no one besides Stanz who cares about how soon we reveal anything here, then I think we can just go ahead. I told her we were being considerate of her in this board and she said, "Huh?"

So I don't think she's been reading it...

Good deal....we can reveal...hehe. Well, it's only a matter of time until these contestants leaves. In fact,my spouse and I thinks the final two will be Bo and Carrie, if they continue performing like they've been. But one never knows.... so can't miss a show...lol.

I was actually shocked at the one who went home. I'm not a big fan of his but, I'd much rather have seen Scott go, than HIM. (I dont know if I should reveal or not, so Im just saying HIM haha..I'll let someone else tell).....to be honest, even tho Scott does good on SOME songs, he cant sing worth a crap in my opinion. *smile*........I thought all the others did really well...and I think, and hope, the final two will be, Bo and Carrie....and the one to win, I HOPE, is Bo!! he is very confident and has such a great attitude!

Altho I like Constantine...and Vons..whatever her name is...can say it but cant spell it teehee....*sigh*

Makensie B., I think it's spelled: "Vonzella". You're so right about Scott. I think what really made him look goofy, was when he clapped for himself after he sung. Then to top it off he tells the world that, quote: "I rock", then goes...""woo woo"""...lol. Even if he did rock the house, he shouldn't brag about it, or clap...geez. It's fine to be confident and feel good about what you do, but let others give praise to you. Oh well, maybe he doesn't know better.

Well, again I wasn't thrilled with the performances by some. Bo Bice was the best over-all. Carrie was a big disappointment. Vonzella wasn't at her best. Anthony done a good job considering how difficult of a song it was he sang. Constitine looked good on stage, but I didn't care for the song. There's only room for one..and that's Bo, when it comes to rock and roll...lol. I think it's Scott's time to go this week, and in the remaining bottom three, could be Constitine, Carrie, or Vonzella. Ok, I had my say, is there anymore "American Idol" fans here?

I wasnt too impressed with Carrie, altho she does sound better singing country than any other type of music and as always Bo, rocked the house, and rocked the house great!! He is my favorite and hope he wins!! I think he will atleast be there until there is only two of them there! Vonzella, I do like her, but sometimes she does ok, and sometimes she doesnt.
Scott, I think it is his time to go...he just can not sing (in my opinion) and he needs to go bye bye :)
