I find as I play, I am giving stages of the game little names. Today, I as I narrowed my suspect list from 9 to four with fakes, I found myself referring to a potentially guily suspect as making it to "the Final Four". And the person who is cleared on research is The Bunny.

I was wondering if anybody else has these pet names for parts of the game?

I will not name the person with the avatar, as I know it is an actual person. But there is one that scares the bejesus out of me. I nicknamed her "bejesus girl." Then there is another avatar with this person is strangely dressed, that scared the bejesus out of someone in my agency. I call her "Detective X bejesus girl."

Further when I see avatars on suspects showing up that are from people that post on the board. When I accuse I think for instance "Skyler, your butt is toast."

It's funny you mention the avatar thing jstkdn because everytime I see the guy who used to be your avatar I say 'just kidding!' which is what I've assumed your name is! And...now that I've actually written that down, I'm feeling a little weird...

When ever I see a suspect with jstkdn's old avatar, I ALWAYS think: "What ever happened to that santa avatar?"

I sometimes find myself talking to them (or at least thinking it). Things like: "OK Ulysses so where have you been last night?, Oh at the barber. You probably tried to curl your hair so I wont know it was you"

Does that make me really wierd? :P

LOL! Glad I'm not the only one who does that. I was talking to the victim yesterday..."wow, you had two lovers, a wife, two opium dealers and a loan shark! No wonder someone killed you!" and "ok Bonny Kevitch, you lied about being at the shoe makers, what were you really doing hmmmm?"

Ok, I'm nuts, I admit it lol

Oh that's so funny Ace, I wish you told me that before.

I admit, I too talk to witnesses. Usually this comes with a lot of swearing too. Does that mean I need therapy?

My new avatar I think will never show up during a game. I have never seen myself show up. THis is because I stuck my avatar on myself, and freelancermountaineer. I assume that would mean that you could get two suspects with the same picture. Anyone seen me show up as a suspect?

You've shown up in my cases a number of times already - not saying whether you were guilty ;-)

Hmmm I wonder why I don't show up on my own cases. Maybe I am hiding around NYC...and don't even know it.

I enjoy getting detectives I know as suspects. It makes me smile, and it helps me remember them.

What throws me is getting myself as a suspect, and having to Sweet Talk myself!

*shudders*

Looks like another year in therapy...
