Would love the sidebar option one vote here.
Agency Directors should have the ability to view all agents stats. and skills EX.-Cases Quit, Cases Solved, False Accusations and Det. skills this would help with agency goals and directing the group as a whole in common direction. Only for their own agents , once agent leaves so goes the accessability. Any takers???

"2) If this person has a double at their IP address, and the name of that double."

Hmmm not sure I'd care to have anyone know if I have other characters or not, far as I'm concerned something like that is no one's business. Just for the record I do, but only as a back up incase there's really nothing else for me to do lol. Also, my boyfriend wants to check out the game so that would make yet another character coming from this IP addy. I think information like that should be strictly voluntary.

"The combination amount of days in the game, with experience does say a lot more."

Not really, right now I get 3 cases a day (not counting favors) and some days I only get to do 1 and maybe start another. A couple of days ago my old computer finally bit the dust, I'd started 1 case but was away for 2 days before I could finish it. So that right there brought down my experience to game day ratio. I think things are fine the way they are.

I'm with Peter on the double issue, but, most of us older players have been down this road...and there was never an agreement. So, I'm just saying I think it should be voluntary. And if you want to know so bad, ask!

The IP address could be interesting for myself and my double. I use more than one computer to log on.

And if a group of people play at a school or work with the same IP, that REALLY messes up things.

Well it doesn't have to be IP address, that is only one way of finding out whom does or does not have a double. Personally, I'd like to know when someone joins me, if they have a double in another agency. For the simple reason that I'd like to know, are they going to play for my agency, or the other agency. Or only play in my agency, when they are done with cases for the other agency. And what if you are tied in a treasure hunt?
On another note, in my agency alone there are already a few examples of some other matters. I don't liked to robbed or spied on again. Someone with those intents, would not volunteer their double.

All the honest and nice people in here, really have no issues admitting they have a double. And in a lot of cases we even know their names. Why would you care, if you are an honest player and play fairly. And present yourself in the community honestly as well. With those people, if you'd ask them, they would honestly tell. It doesn't matter anyway.

It is the people that are sneaky and doing suspicious stuff, that asking the question would be no use. They would not be very good at being sneaky if they did. hahah. And it is exactly those people, I would not like to have in my agency. And in all honesty, like to stay away from all together. In TAFKADD I would only like to hire people that present themselves in an honest way. In the game, because I don't like being spied on, or robbed from. As a person, because I don't like to make friends with imposters. There are things about my personal life that I readily share with people in my agency, but not on this board. Frankly, I'd hate it if some imposter would be reading it.

I mean, if you have nothing to hide. Then why worry about what is displayed on your detective page to the director of your new agency, or even the whole community.

Which leaves the question. Why shouldn't we do this?

Please object very loudly, then I won't need the feature anymore. Hahahahahah.

Think it is fair for an agency to know what your getting before you hire someone, yep and it would be real nice if people would tell you they have mutiple detectives if that was against agency policy. So knowing that info would be useful as for how many quits ect does not have much to do with how good some one is. Agencys need to put policys in place to help members, like not playing with two false and helping each other out with funds to pay off shady.

My main problem with all of this is...I'm a private person and my business is no one else's business unless or until I decide to make it their business. Even if something like this was done it still wouldn't stop the people who wanted to cause trouble. Trouble makers will always find a way. And as it's been stated before...some people play on more than one computer, more than one person plays on the same computer. How would you know who was who and who was doing which? It would still be left up an honor system of sorts.

Like I said there are more ways then IP address. After all is able to say if people are playing with 3 characters in one agency. Via that, and paypal etc etc etc. There are people that pay other peoples subscriptions, but also Ben knows who they are.

Trouble makes can't find a way if they are identified as such.

The reason why I am readily giving up my privacy. Is because so much shit has happened in some agencies. I personally don't get the privacy issue....I mean, it is not like I have my bank account details or my journal on my detective page. Privacy over a detective page would only be required for people that have a purpose to hide it. Like, they love chatting to people, pretending to be someone else. Or they love responding to themselves on the message board. Personally, the few times I found out that people did this over PM to me, I felt lied to. The few times that I saw this on the message board, I wondered if they were already in therapy...which is clearly where they need to be. Above all....definitely not in my agency.

Peter Gunn....you are not even subscribed? For a unsubbed person all these things don't even matter, as they can not be in an agency.

Privacy or not, my business or not. When someone wants to join an agency, it does become the business of the director to know.

In that light, perhaps this should only for agency joiners. A tun of us have unsubbed characters from the very distant past. It would clutter a detective page. I played with 3 detectives, before I subbed a 4th. I don't even know their names anymore, let alone password.

The time that I care to know, is when I hire someone. Like a resume, government check for criminal record, or checking a reference.
