how many lil jobs do u have to do to learn the secret skill?

You have to be on that fractions good side before they will teach you their special skill and you have to spend so many of your skill points to get it. (they will let you know when they know you well enough to do that, and will say how many skill points you have to have to get it) I don't know exactly how many little jobs you have to do tho :)
