Top of the mornin', everyone. When the world (e.g. suspects and establishment owners) clams up on me and I used up all of my charming skills on them already - will they ever loosen up or do I need to drop the case and start a new one?

nope. Once they clammed they stay that way. You can try the townies for more suspects but if they clammed too, you better just quit.

If you join an agency, sometimes one of your team mates will be able to get more questions out of one or two suspects.
