If you're using charm skills to question suspects, you probably won't be using toughness much and the bonus does nothing for you. You might as well sell it.

may I suggest you sell the magnifying glass and buy the pocket watch, if you can afford it....you need items that give you more charm points, if you are very charming....right now you have all smart items (which is good), but if you lose the glass and add the watch it will give you +1 charm on top of your smart
