My standing with The Dies Arcanum Brotherhood is GOOD. I asked Father Chen to teach me their special skill, but he said he needs to know me better before he will do that. My question is, how does he define "better"? Is there a number I have to reach (eg. like I have +15 or +20 with The Dies Arcanum Brotherhood, do I have to reach +50, etc.) before he will teach me that "special skill"? Thank you.

Yes, you have to be at least +25 with DAB to learn their skill (but I wouldn't advise getting pick pocketing until you get all the evidence skills).

Oh by the way pickpocketing allows you to get money for every case even if your client is the murderer

Do I use pick pocketing when I am absolutely sure that my client is the murderer, or I can still use this skill even I know my client is not the murderer, so I get double paid? BTW, can I use this skill on all suspects? Thanks.

pick pocketing only kicks in upon the successful accusation of a suspect, being your client. Other than that it has no use at all, for evidence on suspects lock picking is better.

you dont really USE this skill. Its automatic, so if you accuse your (guilty) client it makes sure you get payed. You dont need to do anything.
