whenever i finish mt three cases, i always keep track of the points i have with the brotherhood group but i always notice that it goes down when i log on again...why does decrease?!

This likely happened over night (considering Sleuth server time.) The game is set up, that your faction points deteriorate. The higher faction points, the more of it.

The good news is, it happens to everybody. :)
