I got a suspect that has an alibi, and searching the crime scene I found clothes of him too... what can I do? Is it possible he is the murderer?
I still have a guy in the list of suspects that do not have alibi, and any prove to catch him... I thinking and acuse this guys.
What do you think?

a suspect can not be guilty if they have an alibi, ever. It is probably the one with no alibi but you should try to get witness evidence against them just to be sure.
