Just started the game and I'm already thrilled. One of the best, realistic, yet simple RPG games. I was looking for something like this...I'm really not into slaying orcs or dragons or becoming a "necromancer"...lol...Wow, I just noticed everyone can spell and there's hardly any shorthand. Nice!
So..hi everyone! I'm surprised my name wasn't taken at first. Has anyone heard of "Guy Newar, Private Eye"? It's on a radio talk show by some comedian. It's on National Public Radio and it's so so funny!
So, who are you guys and how have you been?

Well it appears to be a real case of Welcome to the Fat Kitten self appreciation society... I can guarantee you that the place isn't just full of squabbling girls... Enjoy Sleuth...

I heard from a reliable sourse that there was a new guy in town, a wet behind the ears gumshoe that all the ladies were pushing and shoving to get a look at. I left my office and headed over to the lounge to see what all the fuss was about.

I parted the throng of people like Moses parted the red sea and bellied up to the bar, Sam slipped me a shot of Shanghai Surprise and I tapped one finger on the scarred wood of the bar "leave the bottle".

Sam left the bottle and went back to wiping down the bar with a rag that looked like it was held together by ten years of dirt "what ya think of that?" He nodded in the direction of the new guy.

"Don't know Sam, can't see past all those frilly hats." Yeah, the crowd of dames was thick around the new guy so I downed my drink, picked up the bottle and headed for the door. Before I stepped out I flipped a coin onto the bar. "Buy him one on me" then I disappeard out into the bright afternoon.

*stands in the doorway looking rather unhappy and irritated*

*walks up to the bar and speaks briefly with the bartender before walking away in the direction he points*

*walks up and puts one hand on Scarlett's shoulder, the other on Autumns's*

Girls, really, such a public display is rather unbecoming of the ladies of Fat Kitten. Besides, we are hunting, and could really use your help back at the conservatory.

*nods a hello to the man that seems to have captivated the attentions of a good portion of her agency and herds the three giggly girls back to the office*

*speaking on behalf of scarlett as well*
We were not squabbling, making a public display or being frilly. Not in the least!!! We were simply welcoming a new detective. If I am reading correctly (and I'm sure I am) Reda is the one who began the fawning.
*walks off in a huff*

Guy Newar, eh? From Prairie Home Companion radio show if I'm correct. I have to apologize for the ladies. And thank you CFM for being our voice of reason.
