Hi! I just bought a paid subscription yesterday, and now they are saying I lost my license! I guess it was because I accused people wrongly... but now I have a paid subscription that I can't use! What can I do?

Hi flife/JoanofArcadia/Stephanie,
If you make 3 false accusations, your detective gets retired, and you'll have to create a new one. If this happens to a subscribed detective, you should usually be presented with the opportunity to create a new detective straight away and the remaining part of your subscription automatically transfered to that.

If you didn't get that option, you need to contact Ben, the administrator, and explain to him what happened, and he'll fix things for you :)

Oh, and just in case you haven't met that person yet, there is a certain person, who likes to hang out at the bar, who can help you clear your record before you get 3 falses - provided you have the money to pay him ;)

Thanks! How do I send him an email? Is there a link on the website?

Go to city hall, then game info. You see the Sleuth Admin for the person to message. That's Ben.
