I paid Larry the Toe to learn where to find Lucy's Cabaret. He said it's in an abandoned sweatshop a few blocks west of sami's. Someone told me to point the mouse west of the restaurant and it will turn into a hand.

I still can't find it. Has anyone found it and how far west from the restaurant is it??
