OK, I wondered about this for a while.

When I started this game, I arrived here to play a game. Picking some random avatar, even one that is male (while as most of you know IRL I am a female), was not something I even thought about.

Now, as I am in this place for the community, and the game almost becoming secondary. I feel carrying the avatar that I do is almost strange.

Even more so, meeting my first sleuths in real life, and now knowing 100% sure, that they will remain real life friends. Carrying this strange guy (though a friend of Ben and Sunny's) as an avatar seems even weirder.

Anyone experiencing the same feelings?
Does anyone have an opinion about using your real picture as an avatar, or purposely not using your real picture?

After a lot of thinking, I sent Ben a pix of myself today. If Ben can give me sex change, I should sport myself as an avatar. :)

I am hoping others will join me. But this is obviously a personal choice.

I am pretty excited that hopefully if Ben can give us a sex change, I get to see what calalta looks like. Cuz calalta rules and all!!!

yes well thank you Jstkdn, but that will remain to be seen I think. I am not sure if the straight up gender swap is easier for ben or more work though, but the numbers of each will remain the same.

Jstkdn, it is Fresh's sister, but a big part of her is her family and I've spoken to her sister on more than one occasion (usually in emoticons:))! It says a lot that she would use a pic of her sister rather than her. And it's a very cool picture.

Hmmm, you girls are both right!... I like having a picture of my sister as my avatar. She is someone I could never get tired of looking at :)! Having a familiar face as my avatar is more comforting to me if that makes sense lol.. I feel like it really is my detective.
