Where do I find the Toe??? Does he find me if I solve the case??? I was wondering because I know who the killer is, I'm just wondering if I should accuse first or wait to tell Larry for the information.

But Larry does show up automatically at the end of the case, after you accuse, so you don't need to go looking for him. You will be offered the chance to pay him the money to find out about Big Lucy's if you have correctly solved the case.
