Your second one in NYC will come sometime between now and 150,000 points, most likely. It will be a non-evidence contact.
If you go to another city, it might be faster. This is new territory for all of us. I have been working with very experienced detectives, and it hasn't taken us long to get our two contacts in each city, but it might take longer for a newer player.
Anyone know this answer?
