CubsGirl...this is mainly for people who are in an agency.

You can also go there to buy items...really...for a newer player, it is not worth the 500.

But the gypsy camp is near the fortune teller in NYC.

And you won't see an icon on your screen until you are able to click, at which point you will see a little hand.
