I vistited La Costra Nostra and was asked if I would do a little job. I said yes. I was told that they wanted information for the butcher. I've done a favor for the butcher previously.

Do I need to do anything else? Have I permanently lost a contact or just for that case?

For little jobs all you have to do is go to the town's person and answer their questions

Oh I forgot to add that you don't need to do a favor for them
