Has this happened to anyone? I played the game, but when I asked the suspect if guilty, I was thrown out of game, to start a new one. This game had the favor in it.I didn't get credit for the lost game, but I played & won the favor, but only got 80 pts, & 1 buy skill,(no gifts??)guess Admin. has taken that from non-subscribers, then my last case (NO.4),I asked all questions,& the Sister with an alibi told me she saw Spencer washing blood off his hands after the murder,so I accused Spencer, but I was told I falsly accused him, that it was Ada with the Alibi that killed the Victim, therefore I had to pay $3400. This is deffiently not right, don't you agree?

Shoot, I guess I hit the button twice. I better quit while I'm ahead. Besides this chair is getting a bit too hard, and I'm really tired from solving all these cases. People's gonna think I've lost it, ha! I'M OUTTA HERE!!

You're welcome, it doesn't really take that much to write a few replies to questions :)
First of all: it does not make any difference whether the person who gives you verbal evidence ("I saw him washing blood from his hands") has a valid alibi or not. From what you are saying it sounds like you maybe think it makes a difference. Innocent people (=those with valid alibis) cannot be trusted any more than people who have fake alibis.
One piece of verbal evidence was not enough to accuse Spencer by, if you did not know whether he had an alibi or not. In every case, there's misleading evidence floating about. However, that misleading evidence always points at people with valid alibis, which leads me to believe that Spencer actually had a valid alibi you did not know of.
Does that make sense to you? Am I understanding you right?
