That's where I'm having trouble....I did subscribe two days ago....and I haven't been able to play the featured mysteries. Someone told me that I have to have more experienced first b4 it will allow me to do that but if that's the case...I just wasted my money because I didn't realize that. If I would've known, I would've waited until I had more experience. Ugh...Im new at this....does this sound right? That I have to be more experienced b4 I can play the featured mysteries, even tho I already paid for it? Help lol

Your subscription must not have gone through yet, as your detective is not showing as subscribed. You might contact customer service to find out why. If you send in money as opposed to using Paypal, you'll have to wait until the money arrives. But there are lots of benefits to subscribing and joining an agency besides the featured mysteries!

Dr Falco...thanks! :) I paid by credit card (not pay-pal)......I would think that it would've went right thru because I got a receipt sent to my email after I did that. Hmmmm.....guess I will just have to wait awhile longer...I'm so anxious to get the full benefits of this game!! I'll contact customer service if I still can't play the full game ...I'm growing impatient. lol Thanks again for helping me!!
