Please, help me out here... I'm tough & charming and I was saving up my skills points to buy Lock Picking. Well, I had 9 skills unspent and solved one more case. But, after solving the case, much to my surprise, I had the same 9! Is there a limitation for the number of unspent skills? Can I only have "Lock Picking" if the Brotherhood teaches me?

As you gain experience, the gaps between earning skill points get wider. When you start you get one per case, then one every couple cases, then you need to go to harder levels to get one and so on.

by the time you have 300,000 experience, you only get a skill point every now and then even if you are doing ridiculously hard cases.

Thanks! Lol, it really gers hard to earn skill points then! I will buy "lock picking" as soon as I can or else it might take forever...

:) Pick Pocketting is what the brotherhood teaches! If I were you I would get Lock Pick or the more preferable Research first!

You can get Lock Pick the way you get the other skills. Lock Pick isn't a faction "perk". I forgot to add that sorry. :) Good Luck!

Thank you, Det. Fresh. Needless to say you were right, it's pick pocketting, and they just offered me that today... But I had to spend 10 skill points and it did'nt seem worth it.

It isn't, at least not until you have a lot of other skills and then you have those extra skill points kicking around and nothing else to spend them on...
