Kind of - near the townies, sublinked at least it worked like that in Delhi.
Didn't find anything in Shanghai either.

The library in London asked me to get a book from Shanghai. When I went to Shanghai I picked up the book and will drop it off in London when I go back there.

And the post office in Delhi has a shady crew in the back who are looking for couriers . (Gotta wonder what's in the packages.)
