London-Waiter Alibi?

I went to London and had a case where a suspect stated the waiter as an alibi. Saw no waiter, is this a glitch or did I miss something.

I had the same thing in Delhi, there was a bank, but no handwriting options. The other locations didn't have anything with handwriting either.
Somehow, I think it may not be a glitch.

I haven't gotten to Delhi yet, but did they have a library? I know that's where the handwriting option is in London.

im in shanghai- there is a bank but it is the base for one of the factions. The triads I think it is. All you can do at the bank is either visit them or go to the safety deposit room. But there is a way for notes- there is a guy called the Calligraphist, or something like that but that guy does all the note evidence in cases in shanghai.

yeah i just looked. its the calligraphist. if your in shanghai visit him and he will take care of any notes.

Sorry, the missing waiter was a bug. I forgot to place the restaurant on the london map. It's up there now.
