I am a new subscriber. When does the "day" start? Is it an East or West Coast time zone or does that mean 8 cases in a 24 hr. period?

I would say, if anybody has an advantage due to server time, it would be people who live in Asia, who see the clock flip in the early evening, generally a more convenient time to play than midnight, for most people.

That said, I really don't think it makes much of a difference when your cases roll over. More important, for competitive agencies, is when the new hunts start, but they can start 4 times a day.
