Are new detectives allowed to buy equipment and accessories?
Is it possible to change the city map by switching cities?
Is it possible to pay subscription fees with a credit/debit card instead of using PayPal?

1. Yes, you can visit the detective store to purchase equipment. You can also earn some by completing favors.
2. Yes you can travel to other cities if you are subscribed and you will see a new map when you get there.
3. It’s been awhile since I was subscribed so I’m not sure.

No, you cannot pay with a credit/debit card instead of paypal, or send a check or money order in.
