Where to Report Bugs? (And also help, if possible)

I'm playing today's Murder in Manhattan case, and when I go to the bank or the tailor to ask for an analysis of the thread or handwriting, when I select a suspect's name, I'm sent to the log in screen. It happens at both locations, and for all suspects.

I can see when hovering over the link that the url seems correct, and when I played yesterday, I ran into similar scenarios with no issue.

Is this a known or common issue? If so, is there any workaround? What's my next step here?

Apologies. I found the bug reporting page under "Service Center" in City Hall. Don't know why my eyes wouldn't find it yesterday. Still never found a workaround for the bug itself.

Hello Diana! I also encountered that behavior when completing scripted mysteries. I realized that it is not like solving regular cases. It has a flow that should be followed. Send me a mail if you need help in scripted mysteries. :)

Hello Diana, please note that bug support is no longer available. There are some SMs that cannot be solved because there isn't enough information to move forward as well as a specific one that literally cannot continue because you can't interview anyone. The total count of playable SMs should be 35 or 36 out of 38. I am only short of the Cairo SM, so just have some expectations that it might not work as you intend.

Here's a walkthrough for the SMs, I highly recommend you try out the SMs first before referring to the guide, as it's all part of the experience:

Thank you both for your replies. I'll definitely keep these in mind the next time I run into an issue with a SM. <3
