I have enough skill points for Hypnotism, but wondering if I should save up for Underworld Connections. I have all interview skills, advanced sweet talking/rule bending and flirting.
I'm still not always able to solve AI cases. Would Hypnotism be much helpful here? I know the Underworld skill would be useful in most cases but it's just so pricey :(

Hypnotism is by far better ... connections are rarely needed ... your city contact almost always knows were suspect is hiding

Underworld Connections is the skill which helps you find the runaway suspect. Hypnotism sometimes, but not always, unlocks an additional suspect or two. I find the underworld connections more useful.

thanks Rhaenys! Yeah, there's a runaway suspect in most harder level cases so I eventually plan on getting that. It's just a whopping 15 points for me :(

Underworld connections is useful. Otherwise you can burn a lot of precious questions only to bring back a runaway suspect. Making suspects clam up much faster.

And you're better off spending skill points on the skills that require most points. The more XP you have the longer it will take to your next skill point.
