A recent post made me realize that many players can use the archived versions of agency websites. Here are a few that I've found useful:
Equipment list (Very helpful for nemesis hunt missions)

There are others, to see if a site has been archived go to the Wayback machine and enter the url of the now defunct site:
https://web.archive.org/
If you find an archived version and want to update your agency website, get the url of the archived site and enter it in but leave out the https:// part as sleuth automatically adds that.

Unfortunately, I cannot use this to update the community sites page with working urls as I don't have access to it, but you can use the wayback machine with the urls to see if the site has been archived
