Hey folks
I started this nemesis hunt ages ago
solved more than 150 cases with no single clue
I don't know what to do to get one clue
I don't see any urchins around

What level cases are you playing, the urchin will only show up if you are playing AI cases? If that's what you've been doing check your missions on your main detective page to see if there is something about who you have to talk to to get the next clue

I also think this may have been the issue. You'll only see the urchin show up if you play AI level cases. Your own AI cases.
