Each city has more locations than just the townies you see on the bar across the top of the map. For example, there is the detective shop in each city, the bank, the real estate agency, etc. Try some of those to see if you can find them.

Visit every single location in London, not just the townies, but all of the offices, one of them will give an option to ask for a meeting

I was the one that deleted the message. It was a direct spoiler. Allow people to work things out when given clues. Direct answers has never been allowed

I think it mostly serves your RPG need.If players here are snooping around like gumshoes then you get more immersed in this. Amirite?

Let them be gumshoes and actually find and decipher clues rather than just being given the answers. I know the game doesn't get anywhere near as much traffic as it used to, but giving a hint rather than a post saying DM sent does not help the next person looking

Some time ago I gave the detective who asked the question a direct answer via Sleuth Mail which has always been allowed, but never got any feedback. I hope he's found the LCN headquarters by now. :)

All of us have learned the ropes with the help of more experienced players when we were newbies.

Yes, answers via sleuth mail has always been allowed. Direct answers on the boards have not. I prefer to try and nudge players along with clues rather than go the sleuth mail route so that future players can get the hint as well
