Missing Archetype - Bug or not?

I noticed some days ago that my character has nothing listed as archetype. Initially I thought it's a matter of items equipped and/ or time.
It seems that I don't get any skill discounts as well.
Could anyone please shed some light on this? Thank you in advance!

I wrote a private message to Sleuth Admin (Ben). I'll keep this thread updated once/ if I get a resolution.
Thing is, as things progress, I am more and more burdened by the lack of skills. Half on my today's cased needed to be dropped until now.

I waited for another 5 days, no response.
What I've tried so far:
- Direct message to Sleuth Admin (logs in every day)
- E-mail help @ hypoware dot com
- Report a Bug form
Does anyone know any other way?
While I understand that this is an old project, I would love to reach later stages of the game and be able to help my agency.

If you encounter the same probem, log in and go to https://noir.playsleuth.com/detective/new3.spy
From here you get the option to pick your detective's archetype.
