Glitch in obtaining a catacombs map (secret plans)

Hi everyone,
I am hoping the powers that be see this. I am in Cairo, trying to obtain a catacombs map to find secret plans in the usual way. I've done this many times in the past, but it is not working now, after several attempts in the last week.
Is this a glitch? Thank you for any help!

Strange, I just got my treasure map for the catacombs today and delivered the secret plans.

Yes it turns out you cannot get new secret plans if you still have an old set of secret plans! I had forgotten I'd had them. No glitch, just forgetfulness! :)
