What happens to agency when rent cannot be paid

I have tried searching the message boards with no success – I thought I remembered reading a post in the past indicating that agencies would no longer "disappear" if there were no more funds in the safe for rent. Of course, the agency would no longer be functional until rent was paid, but it wouldn't disappear. Is this correct?

Yes. The agency will be blocked until a certain amount of money is paid.

I think it's the equivalent of 5 days rent.
