Yes. At times it was so sluggish that it was almost impossible to play, and today, after the blissful fifteen minutes directly after the turnover, the situation seems to be similar, although possibly not to the same degree. Action from the admin required.

It's the same here. It's so annoying that every move takes me 5-20 seconds. I wonder if there is any admin working here?

Yes it seems to happen periodically. I'm not au fait enough with IT to guess at the cause. All the other sites I visit are fine so it's definitely something happening here.

Sirs. This is my third detective (one ten years ago and now starting from scratch for grins). I think the game has serious, legitimate value, but a 10+ second click transition is untenable (and I do PP presentations for a living). I understand maintenance, but if this is the new normal, I'm troubled by the future.

It's not as slow as it as a couple days ago. It was unbearable, it's only a few seconds I'm waiting in between as of right now.

Today was particularly bad. Took nearly 2.5 hours to finish all my cases (when it used to just take an hour)

I've noticed it seems to be pretty normal around 9PM PST/SST and right now it's not that bad....anyone else noticing it better at certain times?

And for those wondering, therr is only so much I am capable of doing. I have reached out to Ben, and I will bug him again.
