I have purchased a subscription about a week ago so I've been trying to change my avatar, but whenever I upload a photo it does not show properly. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to work around this issue.

A new message board which would deal exclusively with such and similar problems would be very helpful. The link in the City Hall called "Report a Bug or Typo" hasn't been functioning for years. It would make it easier for the admin to see such reports without having to scroll through tons of threads in the Sleuth Talk, and it would take only a minute or two if he checked it on the weekly basis. Of course, the players should report only the real bugs or glitches after they have tried, and failed, to resolve them themselves.
