If I buy an apartment, when upgrading to the next highest, do I pay the f ull price or the difference?

Example:
I purchase a "One Room Studio" ($80000), later I want a "Two Room Apartment" ($200000); do I pay 200k or 120k?

You already paid a down payment for your initial apartment. If you upgrade that sum will be reimbursed.
