One of the options for the Doomsayer Trilogy Reward is a Compact Travel Kit... But how can I keep it if I already have 2 accessories and dont own property in Delhi to store it?

Hello Baam. You don't have to accept the Travel Kit right away. It will stay there waiting as a gift for whenever you choose to accept it. Also, you can accept it from Shady in any city - you won't have to travel back to Delhi to obtain it.
